At FIYAN – Own Your Space, we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process for our customers.

By confirming a booking through FIYAN, you agree to the following refund policy.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Customers may cancel their booking by contacting the FIYAN team through the provided contact details.

Refund eligibility depends on the time elapsed after the booking has been confirmed.

2. Refund Schedule

  • Within 30 minutes of booking confirmation – 100% refund
  • Within 2 hours of booking confirmation – 70% refund
  • Within 4 hours of booking confirmation – 50% refund
  • Within 10 hours of booking confirmation – 20% refund
  • Refund percentages are calculated based on the amount paid to FIYAN, if any.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

  • The customer fails to arrive without prior cancellation.
  • Incorrect booking details were provided by the customer.
  • The booking is cancelled after the eligible refund period.
  • The cancellation is due to a violation of the property’s rules.

5. Property-Related Issues

If a confirmed property becomes unavailable or cannot accommodate your booking for reasons beyond your control, FIYAN will make reasonable efforts to help arrange an alternative property or discuss an appropriate refund, depending on the circumstances.

6. Changes to Bookings

Requests to modify booking dates or guest details are subject to property availability and approval.

Additional charges may apply where applicable.
