When you submit a booking request through FIYAN:

A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from the property owner or the FIYAN team.
Availability may change before confirmation.
4. Payments
FIYAN currently does not process payments through the website.
Payments may be:
Made directly to the property owner at check-in or as agreed.
Collected in advance by the FIYAN team through approved payment methods when applicable.
Payment instructions will always be communicated before confirmation.

Currently, all property listings on FIYAN are added and managed by the FIYAN team.
Property owners cannot create or publish listings directly through the website at this time.
FIYAN may introduce self-listing features in the future.
